For over sixty years, a carefully crafted coffee blend has been passed down through generations, beginning in Metz, France. Created by a master roaster, this signature blend was perfected by one generation and lovingly preserved by the next—each keeping the tradition and flavor alive through time.

In 2006, this rich family legacy journeyed to the United States when Claude, the third-generation roaster, brought the beloved blend to Orlando, Florida. He opened a charming French café by the name of Le Café de Paris, where the community first experienced the unique taste of this medium roast.

Since then, we’ve continued roasting that very same blend—made from premium, organic, fair trade beans sourced from Colombia, Ethiopia, and Costa Rica. Roasted locally in Orlando in small batches, every bag carries the essence of our French heritage and the warmth of our family tradition.

Now, we’re proud to introduce this signature blend under a new name: Sweet Bean.

Beloved by our local community for over 18 years, Sweet Bean is now entering its next chapter. You can now shop our signature blend right here on our website, available in whole bean or a variety of grind options, regular or decaf, and sizes ranging from 8 to 16 ounces.
